THE CULTURE OF PUNJAB.

Punjab is a province in pakistan and in india as well. It was one province before the partition of pakistan and india. After getting independence from british empire this province was divided between india and pakistan.

Punjabi culture is the culture of punjab region. It is one of the oldest culture of world from ancient times.Both the punjab's from pak and india have same culture. Due to influences of Greek,Persian, Mongol and afghan in middle ages a lot of contributions incorporated in punjabi culture.

In modern era, punjabi people have been distributed all over the world especially in UK,US, EU,Canada and Australia. People from all over the world love punjabi culture due to punjabi philosophy, poetry, dance, music, architecture, spirtuality and education. Bhangra is one of the musical art which is becoming very famous even in western countries. In literature, punjabi poetry is renowed for its deep meanings. A lot of poets like bhullay shah etc are famous due to beautiful,exciting and hopeful use of words.

In punjabi cuisine there are a variety of dishes. Some traditional dishes like "Sarsu ka saag" and "maki ki Roti" are very famous among people. A lot of people in western countries have very large business based on punjabi cuisine.

Punjabi wedding is also very different from other cultures. The punjabi wedding has many rituals and ceremonies that have evolved since traditional times. These weddings traditionally conducted in punjab among muslim, sikhs and hindus.

People of punjab are very kind and hospitile and brave as well. Punjabi people from pakistan and india have influence on the people from all over the world. Punjab attracts a lot of people from all over the world for visiting. People wants to go there anxiously and punjabi culture has so much  influence on them.
